The first day of the Semi-Final of the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018™ on the Volgograd Central Embankment was dedicated to cinematograph.
The FIFA Fan Fest™ surprises the guests every day! A unique program leaves indifferent not a single person out of thousands of people visiting the Volgograd Central Embankment.
The emotions grade becomes stronger and stronger – the rush towards the Final is furious! The Volgograd citizens and guests had an opportunity to enjoy the breath-taking match France vs Belgium. And prior to the match a major entertaining program was offered to the FIFA Fan Fest™ guests. The Day of a Football Film was celebrated on June 10.
A great game, star players, unbelievable emotions and matches that became history – hundreds of films on football have been produced. Not a single cinematograph masterpiece can be compared with true emotions created on the football field! The best and legendary moments in the history of the FIFA World Cups™ were shown to the spectators.
One more present for the guests of the football event was provided by the Volgograd Symphonic Orchestra; for the Orchestra this was the last performance of the season. The musicians prepared a unique program – they performed hits of the world-famous groups: The Beatles and ABBA. The entire multi-thousand army of the Volgograd FIFA Fan Fest™ guests sang to the famous melodies.
And though the Russian national team has lost the game in the ¼ Final, thousands of people visited the Central Embankment to watch the grandiose football struggle between France and Belgium. Both the teams have demonstrated the true will for the victory – the football stars created the world-level game! The match is remarkable for many challenging moments!
